Garden Park is administered by a Management Committee consisting of five members elected by the Homeowners at the annual meeting. An election committee is appointed by the Management Committee to receive nominations and to administer the voting procedures such as mailing absentee ballots, observing the balloting on elections day, and tabulating the results of the election.
The Management Committee is responsible for reasonable control, operation, management, maintenance, and repair of the common areas and facilities.
Meetings are held on a regular basis and are open to all homeowners with the exceptions of executive sessions called to discuss matters of a personal nature which might violate the rights of privacy of an individual.
Management Committee members serve without remuneration or pay, making their services to the condominium complex a gift of their time and talents.
