Welcoming New Residence
When new people move in to Garden Park there are a lot of things for them to get acquainted with. We need to, as neighbors, help them learn about our association and the rules. We have included on the website new resident information list. Visit the “weblinks” tab on the website (gardenparkcondos.com). If you have any other ideas to help improve the list please share your thoughts through the blog forum or by contacting a committee member.
New Residence
If you are new resident and have not received a copy of the by-laws and community rules contact a member of the committee or Rich from TPM.
Going Green
The committee has discussed having the option of going paperless for the monthly newsletters. This would help us cut down on costs also. If you are interested please let us know. All of the newsletters are posted on the website for review and are even searchable.
Guest Parking
Just as a reminder guest parking is for guests. Residents who are parking in guest parking can be towed. If you see a resident that continuously violates this rule contact a member of the committee to deal with the problem. Enforcing the parking rules the responsibility of the committee. Please do not overstep your bounds when trying to help others obey the rules. We need to be a community.
Involvement
For Garden Park to be successful all of us need to participate. We are only as good as we communicate.
Problems Let Committee Know
The committee relies on the information from all to help keep Garden Park in tiptop shape. If you notice any thing that needs our attention please let someone on the committee know.
Website Login
As you may already know Garden Park has a website. We have set it up so that residents can login and download the rules, add to the blog, and read old newsletters etc. We have set it up so that there is only one login per unit, this does not provide for both owners and renters to have a login. If you are an owner and would like a login contact Reeding Roberts to get a username and password. If you are a resident that has lost your password or a new resident that would like one contact Reeding.
