Survey

The Committee would like to thank everyone who participated in the Garden Park Survey. Your input was very valuable. Most of the owners expressed that they are happy to be a part of the Garden Park community. The five areas that received the most requests for improvements are listed below: Clubhouse Electrical Upgrades Carports Painting Landscaping The Committee will do all they can (within the budget) to improve these areas. That was the general feeling of the feedback we received. Once again we thank you for taking time to respond to the survey. We want everyone to be a part of the process of keeping Garden Park in good condition.

Pool Is Open

The pool is now open! Please help us have an enjoyable and safe swimming season by obeying all pool rules. Remember that there is no lifeguard on duty. Children should not be left unattended. Please be respectful of others and keep the pool area clean.

NEXT COMMITTEE MEETING

The next committee meeting will be June 11 at 7:00 pm. Please contact a member of the Committee (at least 3 days before the meeting) if you would like to be on the agenda.

POOL RULES

The pool and pool area are for the use of residents and their invited guests between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm daily. The hours of 9:00-1 0:00 am and 9:00-10:00 pm are forauu1ts-only. Access to the pool requires the use of a key, which may be obtained for each unit from TPM. If the key is lost, a second key may be obtained with a nonrefundable deposit of $5O. These keys are not to be loaned to non-residents for any reason. If people are in the pool after 10:00 pm, you may ask them to leave. If they fail to do so, call the police and report trespassing. You need not identify yourself to the police. Residents who are not current in their BOA fees, or abuse the key policy, forfeit their pool privileges. NO lifeguard is on duty at the pool. Swim at your own risk and be smart. 1. Management fees must be current to be eligible to use the swimming pool. 2. All children under 14 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult. 3. Residents from 14-18 may have one guest only, without an accompanying adult. 4. Residents and owners are responsible for the conduct of their guests or their tenants. Please avoid rough play and running. 5. NO FOOD OR GLASS OF ANY KIND is allowed in the pool or pool area. Only nonalcoholic beverages in plastic containers and aluminum cans are allowed in the pool area. 6. People in wet swimming suits are not to be in the lounge areas of the clubhouse. The bathroom facilities are in the basement and access is through the patio door only. Abuse of the bathroom will result in a $25.00 fine and a charge for the damage. 7. Please keep the volume of music and voices down. 8. Conventional swim wear is required. Babies need TIGHT-legged plastic pants over diapers. THE ONLY DISPOSABLE DIAPERS ALLOWED IN THE POOL ARE THOSE DESIGNATED AS A "SWIM DIAPER". If this is not obeyed, babies will not be allowed in the pool. 9. Remove suntan oil before entering the pool to avoid damage to the pump. 10. When the pool is crowded, remove unnecessary paraphernalia and be especially watchful of children. 11. THERE WILL BE NO SMOKING OR ALCOHOL ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA. 12. Keys will only be given to condominium owners. Renters must obtain a key from the owner. This will be strictly enforced, due to much abuse. 13. DO NOT USE YOUR OWN KEY TO OPEN THE GATE FOR ANYONE. RESIDENTS WILL HAVE THEIR OWN KEY. OTHERS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE POOL AREA. AL WAYS CLOSE THE GATE SECURELY. PROPPING THE GATE IS PROHIBITED. Garden Park Management Committee reserves the right to refuse access to the pool to residents who violate the pool rules.

CLUBHOUSE RENTAL

In the past Linda Russell bas been the person to contact to rent the clubhouse. For the time being, contact Sandy Shepard if you need to make a clubhouse reservation.

TREE DAMAGE

Sadly many of our trees in the park were damaged when we were hit with that late and very heavy snowstorm. Please let us know if you see any more sagging branches or trees.

EXTERIOR ALTERATIONS

Before doing any type of modification to the exterior of your condo, you must obtain approval from the Committee. We ask that you submit a request in writing to TPM or a member of the Committee prior to beginning any exterior project. An unapproved project could result in the owner having to return the altered area back to its original state and the applicable fines assessed to that owner.
