Special Assessment Payment Schedule
As you are aware, the Garden Park Management Committee upon the recommendation from the Financial Committee, haas decided on a special assessment for necessary upgrades to the park. The assessment is for $750 per unit and can be paid by one of the two following payment options:
1. Pay the assessment in full before September 30, 2006 and receive a $50 discount.
2. Divide the assessment into payments. The minimum payment is $62.50 per maonth (September 2006-August 2007). The first payment is due September 1 (late after the 20th, just like the dues). There must be at least $62.50 paid per month to keep your account current.
Can I Meet With the Committee?
Yes. Anyone wishing to speak with the committee can schedule to meet with them on August 24. You must call Tom Powell at least 3 days before the meeting (by August 21) to get on the agenda. If you do not make an appointment, the committee will not be able to meet with you that evening. Call TPM anytime with questions or concerns.
Notes
1. The new roof was completed on building #10 ($9,975).
2. No illegal fireworks were reported on the 4th or 24th-Thank you!.
3. We are having the insurance policy reviewed. Hopefully we will have good news on better rates/coverage soon.
4. Painting the trim has continued on various buildings. Outside carpet that is a trip hazard will be removed. Fence repairs will also begin soon.
