On Behalf of the Committee

A BIG THANK YOU:
We want to thank Linda Russell and Nathan Judd for their service on the management committee. They have done a wonderful job and we thank them for all their time and effort. Also, we want to welcome Amber Earl and Larry Goff to the committee.

Rules and Regulations:

Anyone caught dumping any item in the dumpster other than regular house hold garbage will be fined $100.00. Also, please cut down any boxes that you put in the garbage.
We also would like to remind you that there is a $100.00 fine that will be given to any resident or non-resident for not following the pet rules of Garden Park and Orem City. We need to try to prevent the increase of pets running on the grounds without leashes of pets running on the grounds without leashes, constant barking, not cleaning up after pets. PLEASE obey the Orem City law for pets. It is important to remember that the rules for the HOA living are standard amoung all owners.
Please turn in your pet registration forms and familiarize yourself with the rules. This will ensure the safety of your pets and the residents who live amoung you.
Anyone who visits Garden Park property is subject to the rules and laws that govern these grounds. We ask for the cooperation of all residents to pay attention to anyone who is not following the rules of Garden Park and remind non-residents who are trespassing and are subject to the rules on these grounds.
Any problems should be reported to TPM and the Orem Police.

Important Information

The sprinklers have been winterized for the season and fall clean up will begin on the grounds with removal of annuals, cutting back of perennials, and trimming.
Planning for next years on going grounds upgrade projects will continue starting around buildings 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12. Also, rain gutters and drainage down spouts are being assessed on all buildings for repairs and cleaning. If you know of any specific area that needs fixing, please let management know.

A Great Example

Thank you to Tom Powell for his excellent example of community service to the owners and residents of Garden Park by refusing to take any pay for his time on the committee as secretary. This saves our owners and residents over $10,000. Because of Tom Powell's example, the board voted to abolish any paid position of the management committee.
