Greetings! Hope that all members of the Garden Park community are doing well. The purpose of this letter is to give everyone a quick update on the special assessment.

Brief Summary of Assessment:
As shown above, $66,731 has been collected thus far. The $20,000 allocated for roof replacements was spent on two buildings last fall. There has also been $717 spent on electrical upgrades. Under the direction of the Finance Committee, $35,000 was transferred to the Garden Park CD's and savings account. This will gain interest until warmer weather permits us to continue the assessment upgrades. There is also $11,014 recently collected assessment dollars in the TPM account.
